It is important to note that the option to contact a listing owner is only visible once you log in to your LONCANI customer account.

LONCANI provides you with easy access to contact beauty care experts. For this purpose, follow the following easy and simple steps:
- Create an account on LONCANI: Without being a member of LONCANI, you will be unable to book any service or contact any services provider. Forgetting started to get registered with LONCANI.
- Login to LONCANI by using your registered email and password.
- Search for listing as per your requirements.
- Find the right listing and make a booking.
- Go to dashboard
- Click on "My Booking" and find the relevant booking.
- You can see the "Send Message" option right there.
It's important to know that you can use internal messages only if you have booked a service with the business.
