Our support team has created FAQs with due diligence, which facilitate all issues faced by users. We also have published several articles to explain each feature of the LONCANI platform to help our users find the answers themself.

Resource Centre

If you are looking for any solution, then click on “Help” under the main menu in your dashboard. A new pop-up called “Resource Center” will open with the following options:
1.CollabSpace: LONCANI’s collab space is a platform where users can add requests, bugs, and suggestions. We believe in the family concept. That is why we respect user’s demands, requests, and ideas. Our technical team is always waiting for new suggestions and recommendations from the user’s end.
2. VIP community: LONCANI has created a knowledge-based platform for LONCANI’s users. They can share ideas and expertise with others. We always respect and value our talent and tribute them in a significant way. This platform will introduce top-rated beauty experts here. We aim great discussions here from the experts. Here, LONCANI users can help their fellow experts by answering their queries. We will announce top visitors and problem solvers to appreciate their efforts. Join the community here.
3. Facebook Group: LONCANI owns a Facebook group with hundreds of participants. We hold a Facebook page as well. People can join our Facebook group to be updated with our newsfeed. They can participate in different discussions as well. We also moderate customers’ queries there. A customer or beauty expert can ask anything at any time on our Facebook page. Our customer sanctification team will facilitate their problems.

8. Webinars: LONCANI is aiming to arrange different webinars on a regular base. The era of information has been changed. Online sessions and webinars are the best way of learning and knowledge transmission. LONCANI is willing to engage beauticians with live sessions regarding their fields. 9. Demo Listing: LONCANI’s team has created a demo video explaining the process of complete listings. It is suggested that before creating a new list, please follow this demo. It will help you to understand the steps of list creation.
