How Can My Customers Pay for Their Bookings?

LONCANI offert many way and possibility for booking payment.
After the customers book a listing from you, they have two options to pay.
Option 1: Online payment
The easiest is by online payment. It allows for a seamless experience for your customers. As a professional, you do not have to deal with money. You can set a standard fee, thereby avoiding requests for discounts and other money issues.
  • Instant booking Once a customer books an instant payment listing, the customer will only need to enter payment details after booking. That’s it!
  • Booking request approval Another recourse is when you want to approve a booking first before payment. Upon your approval of the booking, the customer will receive an email with a link to pay.

Option 2: Pay in Store
The second option is by paying in-store. As a professional, you have the autonomy to accept payments only when a customer comes in-store at the time of booking.
PS: But it depends on the customer because LONCANI will automatically send a payment link to customers after the booking is confirmed.
